Launch of the Rising Star Award FRQ – Nature and Technologies Sector 2024-2025

The Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ), Nature and Technologies sector, has launched the second edition of the Rising Star Award, which aims to recognize the scientific impact of Quebec researchers in natural sciences, mathematics, and engineering. This award, valued at $10,000, celebrates a researcher’s scientific excellence, leadership, and commitment to their academic community.

The Rising Star Award reflects the FRQ's commitment to promoting Quebec’s scientific excellence on both national and international levels. The recipient will be selected by a panel of experts, and applications can be submitted until December 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
